Silas Gmail Helper

Silas Gmail Helper is a private tool that keeps one person’s Gmail inbox organised. It runs on a single computer in Westminster, Massachusetts, is used only by its author, and is not offered as a service to anyone else.

What it does

• Searches and reads the operator’s own mail to build a daily briefing for him.
• Applies and removes labels, and archives threads, to keep the inbox sorted.
• Moves bulk promotional mail to Trash, reversibly.
• Flags things that need a human — failed payments, expiring credentials, real mail.

It cannot send mail and cannot permanently delete anything.

How your data is handled

Mail data is fetched from Google’s API directly to the local machine and stays there. It is not sent to any third party and is not used to train any model. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
